  • Humber Event Rentals provides PA hire, DJ services, lighting, microphones, open mic night production, event production management and technical event support for weddings, parties, pubs, bars, corporate events, live music nights and community events. We can supply simple sound systems or help plan and manage the technical side of your event from setup to finish.

  • If you are not sure what setup you need, just send us your event type, venue, guest numbers, indoor or outdoor location, and whether you need music, speeches, DJ, live sound or lighting. We will recommend a suitable setup so you do not under power the room, overpay for equipment you do not need, or risk poor sound on the day.

  • Yes. We can deliver, set up, test and hand over the equipment before your event starts. For more technical events, live music, open mic nights or full production support, wet hire is available, meaning we can stay on-site to operate or manage the sound and technical setup.

  • Humber Event Rentals is based in Barton upon Humber and supports events across North Lincolnshire, Hull, Scunthorpe, Grimsby, Brigg, Cleethorpes, Immingham, East Yorkshire and surrounding areas. If your event is further away, contact us with the location and we will confirm availability.

  • We provide DJ services for weddings, birthday parties, engagement parties, private celebrations, pubs, clubs, corporate events, community events, charity nights, school events, themed parties, festivals and outdoor events.

    Our DJ packages can be tailored to suit your venue, guest numbers, music style and budget, with options for PA systems, lighting, microphones, subwoofers and full event support.

  • Send us your event date, location, guest numbers and the services you need. We will check availability, recommend the right setup and send you a clear quote. Once you are happy, your booking can be secured with the agreed payment or deposit, and we will confirm the setup details before the event.
